A few years ago I purchased a home that had seen its share of wear and  tear. I was in need of some renovations that would add some value and appeal to my house. I contacted Victor Ntam the owner and expressed what kind of renovations I was looking to have done. Victor scheduled a time for a onsite walk through of the house. After consulting with me on what I wanted, Victor explained the process and what the outcome would look like. He submitted a project proposal to me and we scheduled a date to start. His contractor team were very professional, courteous, and hardworking! I was always informed of what work was taking place during the entire project. Fast forward to the end of the project. I was absolutely 100% satisfied with the results! Ntam Construction Company is the only contractor I will use going forward. I have used their services twice and look forward to using their services for a third time soon. My project consisted of installing a French drain with sump pump, washer/dryer connections, tile flooring in basement, replacement of entrance and storm doors, replaced cracked walkway, and replaced perimeter fencing. One of the best decisions I made was selecting Ntam Construction to complete my ENTIRE home remodeling project. My home was built in the 1950s. The original floors and bones of the house were still there (hence the hesitatation to do anything). The initial vision was to bring the upper level of my home into a place that would be my own personal retreat.  The workmanship and attention to detail that was presented went way beyond my expectations. I feel as though the team treated my project as if it was thier own home. Not only did he incorporate my style in the design but showed me a different way to make make it look modern, clean and inviting. Once the upper level was completed, I then committed to having my basement go through a similar transition. I'm more than satisfied with the results!!!

Shopping for a home in 2021 was not a easy thing to do and can be very stressful, but I had a vision. I found a home that I could not pass up on and I needed someone who could do the job. We called in NTAM Construction, LLC to complete a basement project started by the previous homeowner before selling us the home in November 2020.  We purchased the property knowing a basement project was currently underway; ceiling bulkheads were open and all flooring had been removed due to an earlier basement flood.  Victor and his team came in, assessed the situation, gave us repair options, and allowed us time to do research leading to solid/sound decisions for our way ahead.  Once we assessed all things (including other contractors), we ultimately chose Victor and his team (NTAM Construction, LLC) to get the basement project done.  Victor and the team never disappointed us.  The entire team was respectful, considerate, and very clean.  They cleaned the work area as the job moved ahead, keeping our home reasonably clean as they worked and in good order once leaving for the day.  Not only were they great people to work with, but their work ethic and standard was all about excellence; second to none.  I would fully recommend NTAM Construction, LLC to anyone for their project needs.
